Can you imagine finding a caiman in your backyard? That is exactly what happened at a residence in the Barro Branco community in Jacobina, northern Bahia.
The animal appeared at the location around midnight this Monday (25) and bit the resident’s dog.
According to the Fire Department, the dog is doing well.
Officers were called to rescue the reptile and released the animal into a local lagoon.
