Tourism Guide, Photographer, and Videographer, specialized in wildlife, Valter Patrial shares beautiful records made in the Pantanal, but one of them has gained prominence due to the impact of the sighting. A jaguar hunting and devouring a capybara by the river.
With the beauty of the sighting, some commented on the feline’s hunt, comparing it to human attitudes.
“She only kills to satisfy hunger, unlike humans who kill for pleasure, save nature,” said one woman.
In a few seconds, the footage shows the jaguar making its attacking leap and hitting the capybara squarely. The animal cannot escape and soon appears between the jaguar’s jaws, being devoured by the ear in the river water.
